We hereby grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to install, use, reproduce, and distribute the App and its documentation for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this EULA.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
